Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Maharani Group of Hotels  believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 72 Hrs Prior to Chick-In(Hotel Local Time). One Night retention charges may apply if cancelled less than 72 Hrs prior to Arrival. There will be Rs.1000/- processing fee for all cancellations.
• No refunds will be allowed after Check-In.
• No cancellations are entertained for special occasions/holidays  like New Year, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• Maharani Group of Hotels does not accept cancellation requests through Phone. Cancellation can be done on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs from Monday to Saturday by Fax / Email or Visiting local Marketing Office / Hotel.

Refund Policy

• Refund of advance upon deductions will be within 45 days from the date of Cancellation.

Hold Policy

• Rooms are not held beyond 6 PM on the date of Arrival unless advised otherwise.
