of Retailing and wholesaling of liquor and is a leading business house in the state
of Rajasthan
Further in 1992, Maharani Group decided to diversify in
the Business of Hotels and formed a new company called “Geetanjali Hotels and Promoters
Pvt. Ltd.” Maharani started its first three star hotel in 1996, under the
name of Hotel Maharani Palace,
Jaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA. The hotel was the first of its kind in the State of Rajasthan
and was also awarded the “Highest Occupancy Award Ranking 1st in the State of Rajasthan
and 7th in INDIA” by the Federation of Hotels & Resort association of India (FHRAI). Another property was added in the same city in 1999 as “Hotel Maharani
Plaza”. The Group further took over another 3* star property in 2004 in the Capital
of INDIA, New Delhi, and stated
it with the name of “Hotel Grand Sartaj”. Maharani group is recognized as
one of the finest hotel company in north India. Since the company originated from
the Rajasthan state it follows heritage Rajasthani interiors blended with modern
architecture this combination be seen in all the properties which makes its properties
different and unique from others. The group is running successfully all the three
properties and is planning to add more properties in the city of Ahmedabad, Mumbai,
Bangalore and Kolkata in near future .
In 2004, the Group started another company called “Maharani’s
Treasure” , with an aim of doing Export & Import of Mojaris (Traditional
foot ware in India). Company marks its presence in terms of export in the more than 22 major countries including Japan, U.S.A, Italy, Switzerland, Hongkong, U.K, Greece,
Germany and etc. Over the last decade, we have been acknowledged for quality, commitments,
integrity, timely execution, innovative designs, up gradations, brand equity &
value addition all through for all our products.
In 2006, Maharani Group Decided to Diversify in Real estate
business, with its new company under the name of “Maharani Build Estate Pvt. Ltd”. Maharani Heights
is one of the leading and Biggest project of this company in the whole
South Delhi. The company enjoys a strong presence in Rajasthan & New Delhi and
has made its position as one of the largest companies in the Real Estate Industry
with projects. The company, having its
registered office in New Delhi, is now one
of the fastest growing companies.
Maharani Build Estate Pvt. Ltd. actively seeks growth by investing in a variety

with interests in different projects such as Residential, Premium Condominiums,
